Scale and corrosion inhibitor, pH and alkalinity Booster

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
YBT-1010 is a multipurpose boiler treatment which acts as a hardness precipitant, dispersant, alkalinity builder and oxygen scavenger which is suitable for low and medium pressure Boiler. It also contains a small amount of antifoam.

BOILER SCALE & CORROSION CONTROL
YBT-1010 contains dispersant and a special additives those inhibit scale formation by dispersing and distorting the insoluble precipitates that form in the boiler water in such a manner that sludge is produced rather than scale this sludge conditioner action helps keep the boiler sludge fluid so that it can be carried out of the boiler with the blow down.
YBT-1010 contains materials that reduce or inhibit cores of the feed-line and economizer as will as the eater side surface in the boiler, corrosion of the feed-line and economizer is related to the amount of dissolved and pH of the feed water. Corrosion of the boiler Tubes, drums and or water-wall headers are related to the dissolved oxygen and the boiler water alkalinity.

APPLICATION
YBT-1010 provides one package internal treatment of low to medium pressure boilers. It contains oxygen like those found in most boiler operation.

DOSAGE RATIO
The correct treatment level for deposit control depends on operating conditions of the plant, site conditions, pH, TDS and Hardness etc. which be specified by y-chem solution consultant.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Gloves and goggles must be worn when handling the concentrated solution. avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. splashes and spills should be washed away immediately using large quantities of cold water.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
YBT-1120 Is a powerful modern liquid designed to dissolved oxygen like those found in most boiler operation oxygen scavenger formulated for Removed corrosion in low pressure and exhaust boilers with working pressure up to 28 bars.

DOSAGE Ratio: YBT-1120 should be dosed continuously into the suction of the feed pump. If only one Boiler is connected it may be dosed Directly in to the feed tank. For most normal system the dryly dosage of YBT-1120 will be in the Range of 30 ml per tonne of water in the boiler system. It should be mentioned here that the correct treatment level depends on operating conditions of the plant, site
